Can you provide samples? How long does it take?

Yes. We provide different sample stages:

• Proto Sample: To check design and fit. (Lead time: ~7-10 days)
• Fit Sample/Pre-production Sample: Made with actual or similar fabric after fitting corrections. (Lead time: ~10-15 days)
• Shipping Sample (Gold Seal Sample): Representative of final bulk quality, approved before shipment.

Sample costs are generally charged but may be deductible from your first bulk order.

How do you ensure quality control?

Quality is integrated at every stage:

• Incoming fabric/trim inspection.
• In-line inspections during cutting, sewing, and finishing.
• Final Random Inspection (FRI) by our QC team based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards (usually AQL 2.5 for major defects).
• Third-party inspection is welcome and can be arranged.

Our factory has a monthly production capacity of approximately 500,000 pieces. We have numerous production lines as well as a highly skilled workforce consisting of a large number of employees.

Lead time depends on order quantity, style, and fabric availability. A typical timeline is:

• Sample development: 10-20 days.
• Bulk production: 30-60 days after sample approval and deposit receipt.

What are your main export markets? How do you handle shipping?

We have extensive experience exporting to the USA, EU countries, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, etc. We are well-versed in the compliance and quality standards of these regions.

We have strong relationships with reliable freight forwarders. We can handle all export formalities and arrange sea (LCL/FCL) or air freight as per your instructions. Shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin) will be provided promptly.
