The order demanded precise 3D brand logo reproduction, 100% lead-safe/nickel-free eco plating, and heavy-duty needle durability to prevent drop-off in active restaurant environments.

Solution

We utilized multi-cavity automated zinc alloy injection molds to scale mass production rapidly. Our technical team implemented real-time robotic color dispensation for flawless Golden Arches pantone consistency, paired with anti-oxidation electroplating and reinforced spur-needle soldering tested under 8kg pull-force standards.

Result
