Challenge

The client needed 85,000 custom T-shirts distributed across multiple regional event hubs in just 16 days. Requirements included skin-safe hypoallergenic fabrics, ultra-breathable wear for hot summer roadshows, precision Pantone-matching for the Yakult red brand logo, and resistance to repeated washing without cracking or peeling.

Solution

We selected premium 210 GSM combed organic cotton with anti-shrink pre-treatment. Using automated multi-color screen printing with OEKO-TEX certified water-based inks, we achieved sharp logo definition with a breathable, zero-hand-feel texture. Each garment underwent double-stitched reinforcement at the collar and hems for extended durability.

Result

Completed and dispatched the entire 85,000-unit batch across all regional locations 2 days ahead of schedule with a 100% fabric safety inspection record.
